Delivery
When will you dispatch my order?
Orders are dispatched Monday – Friday. We do not dispatch orders on weekends or bank holidays.
Our working hours are 9am-5pm, and orders are collected from our factory by the postal service at 4pm each day.
You can select a preferred delivery date using the calendar found in 'view cart' before checkout. For any orders without a preferred date, we will aim to ship within 1-2 working days. This may change during seasonal peaks such as Christmas and Easter.
Bespoke and personalised items may take up to 5 working days to ship as these are made to order.
Estimated delivery dates can be found when selecting your preferred shipping method to help you choose the best option.
Summer delivery
During the summer, we pack the chocolates using icepacks but sometimes the temperature can be too high and we are left with no choice but to delay the dispatch.
We will also no longer dispatch on Fridays during periods of hot weather because of delivery delays over the weekend.
If you have an urgent requirement, please contact us at sales@harryschocs.co.uk and if we are able to accommodate and expedite your order, then we will do so.

Where do you deliver to?
We ship to the UK, Channels Islands (Guernsey, Jersey), the Isle of Man, and the US.
Please note that deliveries to the Channel Islands or the Isle of Man cannot be over 1kg in weight, and deliveries to the US cannot be over 2kg in weight.

What are the delivery options for the UK?
For the UK, we use Royal Mail services:
Royal Mail Tracked 24 (1-2 working days from dispatch to most areas): £6:20
Royal Mail Tracked 48 (2-3 working days from dispatch to most areas): £4.50
Guaranteed Delivery (next day delivery (from dispatch) to most areas) : £15
Some delivery options may not be available to all addresses.Â
Please note that these delivery aims are not followed by Royal Mail during seasonal peaks and during exceptional circumstances can take longer. This is beyond our control.

Please give an extra day or two for deliveries to Northern Ireland and remote parts of the UK such as the Highlands and Islands.

What are the delivery options for the Channel Islands (Jersey, Guernsey) and Isle of Man?
For these locations, we use a first Class Royal Mail service which costs £10.

What are the delivery options for the US?
We use Royal Mail’s International Tracked service, and the price depends on the total weight of your order:
Up to 1kg: £27
1.1kg – 2kg: £35

Can I order online and collect from the chocolate factory?
Yes, you can click and collect from our factory at:

We are open Monday-Friday from 9am-5pm.
Please note that we are not open on bank holidays.
Place your order online in the usual way. At checkout you will be given the option to select ‘pick up’, and you will not be charged any shipping costs.
You will receive an email from us once your order is available for collection.
