FAQ

  • Log in to your account using your email address and password. Here you can manage your subscription, make changes, pause for a while if you wish, and cancel your subscription.

  • Yup, we offer 3 month, 6 month, and 12 month subscriptions which you can prepay for. These will NOT auto-renew after the last delivery.

  • You sure can, select a start date using the date selector in your basket before checkout. 

  • Absolutely. Just login to your account and change your address in the “Edit Shipping address” section. Please change the address within 24 hours of receiving an automated email saying that your order is due for shipping in the next few days.

  • We'll include a free message card on the first order, but if you want to have another message included during the subscription period just let us know by emailing sales@harryschocs.co.uk.

  • Nope, sorry!

  • You can cancel your subscription by logging into your account. This option is available to you after you have received two orders. If there is an exceptional situation, please email us at sales@harryschocs.co.uk.
